Not all but most of our products can be customized in dimension and color. We love hearing customer ideas and love working in collaboration. Please email us with your custom needs, ideas and questions.
All items are shipped USPS or Fedex Ground depending on location and cost. If you are wanting your order shipped a specific way please contact us with that request and we can give you a quote.
We will be glad to arrange international shipping. Please contact us with your shipping address and the desired items and we will get you a quote.
If you are located in Portland, Oregon you can choose the local pickup option and arrange pickup from our production studio.
Cancellations have to be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Please note returns are accepted only for items that are damaged. Inspect your product immediately after arrival for any damages. Furniture must be returned unused and with all of the original packaging in order for us to make a damage claim to the shipper.
